Delivery & returns

Delivery policy: 

All our furniture are delivered with 3rd party logistics companies!  Good access to your property and a safe place to park VAN is a must. We offer free 1 MAN for the most UK mainland post codes . At the delivery should be at least 1 Man who will help the driver take off packages from the van and move it to your house. Furniture comes in packages that are very heavy.  The driver can assist you in taking packages to your house, up to the 1st floor if there is no lift but we can not take responsibility for any damages caused when he help you carry them to your house. The driver does not assemble delivered furniture. In additional charge we can offer 2 MAN WHITE GLOVE delivery service, couriers will take packages to any room of your house, will assembly delivered furniture and recycle package

 

On arrival inspect the packaging before sign!  If you open the pack and find any broken part or rips and damages, take pictures straight away with the packaging,  and pass it on to us so that the replacement part or item could be arranged. We can not accept any returns or replacement when found damages have been reported to us a few hours later. All our deliveries are insured and we do not have any guarantee that the delivered item has been damaged in transit when the delivery note has been signed. 

 

Return policy 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. Please note that any items which are assembled have been accepted and are therefore not covered by our 30-day initial return to base policy.  Our 30 days returns policy also does not apply for items ordered to your specifications (made to order) e.g. the side of the sofa, materials, colours etc. We can not accept the cancellation of your order when we already proceeded with it and its production has been started (construction of the sofa has been prepared and chosen material has already been ordered/used ).  We are unable to arrange for collections of assembled items via our carrier as they are not insured to carry such products. We advise that all packaging is kept until the goods have been checked prior to the beginning of the assembly process. Please note that any returns must be arranged by the buyer at their own cost in order for an inspection to take place, however, if the findings of the inspection show that an item was faulty at the point of dispatch then this postage charge will be refunded. If the items are returned because an item is found to have been assembled incorrectly which has caused damage to the parts then a refund or exchange will be refused and the item will be returned to the customer at the customers' expense

Suitability of goods:

It is your responsibility to check that the materials, features, design and dimensions of our products, which are clearly stated on this listing, are suitable for your purposes as these are not deemed sufficient cause for returns and refunds outside of your statutory rights.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Any item not in its original condition is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
